Hello! I went to the Lufthansa Airlines Rome Office last week to change my flight, and generally, I had a good experience. The employees were extremely friendly and ensured that all my issues were resolved. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism of the staff, and the person who assisted me took the time to explain all my possibilities, which I really appreciated. The office itself is well-placed, easily reachable in the center of Rome, and it's a nice, cozy place. The staff were also very kind and understanding, something that enhanced my experience even further. The only drawback that I experienced was the wait time. There were only two agents when I arrived, and it took approximately 45 minutes before it was my turn. Although the staff did their best to handle the crowd, it would be helpful to have more staff present during peak hours to shorten the wait time. However, I felt that my flight modifications were being taken care of when I left the office. The experience was mostly pleasant, and I would suggest this Lufthansa office to anyone in Rome requiring help.
