
My visit to the Delta Airlines Lagos Office was pure first-class. I had been having problems getting a multi-city journey booked through the website, and after several unsuccessful attempts using the customer care number, I figured I'd head to the Lagos office. It was the best decision ever. The staff were incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. I was helped by a gentleman called Samuel who took the time to explain all the options to me, patiently responding to my (numerous) questions and even recommending travel dates that would cost me less. What impressed me most was how he made me feel as if my problem really did count – no hastening, no attitude. She also assisted me with prepaid payment for a fourth bag and provided a detailed receipt and breakdown. I was in and out of the office in less than an hour, which honestly surprised me—in a good way. Their office was neat, tidy, and they even had a waiting room with beverages provided. The entire process was seamless, from checking my documents to printing out my final itinerary. This is what customer service is all about. I was off, complete with my travel arrangements organized and a smile on my face. Bravo to the Delta Lagos crew – I'll be recommending them to anyone who needs solid airline service and assistance in Nigeria.
